Access to and use of the New York Institute for Special Education’s (NYISE’s) Computer System is provided for educational purposes and it is a privilege, not a right. Inappropriate use of the system may result in a cancellation of those privileges as well as other disciplinary actions consistent with the policies of NYISE.
