NYISE’s Readiness Program Class E participates every morning in body movement exercises making it fun through songs and music. The children practice yoga sequence, breathing techniques and relaxing poses. They work on language skills, motor coordination, imitating postures, social skills, following directions, being attentive and much more to get ready to learn.
