MiM is a fun, movement-based class featuring improvised and choreographed dances, games and simple yoga poses. The goals are to build community, help participants develop a mind-body connection, learn techniques to reduce stress and make safer, healthier decisions using the STOP technique (Stop, Take 3 breaths, Observe, Proceed/Pick).
