Our trip to the Museum of Natural History
The high school students learned about the human brain and the neurons. The students explored how our neurons respond to stimuli from the environment, and from within our bodies. We learned about the electrical and chemical components of the action potential and synaptic plasticity. Our students examined real human brain specimens and performing electrophysiology experiments.
