The Clark Montessori Steel Band is a group of high school students that performs Calypso, Latin, pop, funk, classical and spiritual music in the context of education and service. Students learn to manage long-term projects including an intensive year-long research project in senior year. Students are coached in leadership skills such as group development, decision-making models, and conflict resolution.
