4201 Schools Association Chair Dr. Bernadette Kappen testified in front of the Fiscal Committees of the NYS Legislature on Wednesday, February 8 to urge the legislature to:
Reject the Executive Budget’s proposed $2,000,000 cut and restore our schools to the levels enacted in last year’s enacted budget.
Increase direct support by 6% ($8,770,000). This financial support is needed to meet the needs of our student population.
