2.6.23: Each year, Advocacy Day takes place in Albany. This year. Executive Director Dr. Bernadette M. Kappen, along with the Residential Program Director, three students and a parent, participated in Advocacy Day by traveling to Albany. While there they visited with members of the New York State Assembly and Senate to discuss the Institute and the goals of the 4201 Association.
