Today Mrs. McElroy's class and Mrs. D'Amico's class participated in a "Paint Party" event, in which a professional artist visited Van Cleve and provided instruction and demonstration of skills. The children learned various painting techniques and learned the art of mixing colors. Each student created a painting by the end of our 2 hour session. The children were attentive, eager and very excited to,participate. They were all thrilled with the end result! Their work was magnificent!!
