For over a hundred years, the Church of the Intercession has had an annual reading of the Clement C. Moore's poem Twqs The Night Before Christmas. This was the 3rd year that NYI has provided some of the musical entertainment for the event. This year's reader was NBC New York's Anchor Pat Battle. Ashley and Kalah provided musical entertainment for the capacity filled church. <br><br>At the end of the program, there was a procession to Moore's grave. Clement C. Moore was a member of the school's Board of Managers from 1840-1850.
