The Council for School for the Blind held a photo exhibit and reception in the Washington D.C. at the Rayburn Buildng across from the Capital Building. Kalah and Geo'Vonne traveled to the nation's capital with Dr. Kappen and Mr. Catavero to assist COSB with the event. The students met with many representatives including Congressmen Tim Bishop and Joe Crowley. The students were educating the representatives on the importance of the Expanded Core Curriculum taught at schools for the blind.
