Recently the Residential students took trips to the Botanical Gardens for some educational and fun activities. The students got behind the scenes tours of the Annual Train Show. They participated in the Gingerbread Adventures program and explored the spices that make up a classic gingerbread recipe. Kids stepped inside a child-sized gingerbread playhouse and also decorate a gingersnap cookie with frosting and candies. They saw a display of gingerbread houses made by New York City-area bakers.
