Students during White Cane Safety Day participated in a scavenger hunt where they had an opportunity to put their mobility skills to practice on White Plains Road. They were giving a list of items to to collect in the neigborhood like a bank deposit slip or a sugar packet from McDonalds. It was a great way for them to put their skills to use and become more familiar with the shopping center area.
