In the Microsoft Active Accessibility SDK I found a sample program Microsoft Magnifier. Microsoft magnifier is a screen magnifier for Windows 95 and Windows NT, that magnifies all Windows applications in a box at the top of the screen. Microsoft magnifier can magnify your applications from 2 to 12 times and it has a very good tracking on Windows controls, caret and mouse cursor.

Microsoft Magnifier will be a standard utility in future Windows releases (Windows 98 and Windows NT 5.0). Microsoft Magnifier is free and it is a much better magnifier than most FREEWARE and SHAREWARE magnifiers. It is also much better than the $39 screen magnifier Bigw.
