      10. "Words from Washington" (WFW) is a new electronic legislative briefing service of the American Foundation for the Blind. WFW is available free of charge via Internet e-mail or fax. As part of this new service, you will periodically receive "Words from Washington," while Congress is in session. WFW is a brief report on what's happening in Washington with frequent analysis of how developments in Washington affect individuals who are blind or visually impaired and the professionals who serve them.
