Procedure:

  1. Print out the Adobe Acrobat PDF Space Reservation Form
  2. Fill it out and have your supervisor approve it.
  3. Send it to the receptionist by campus mail to confirm the available space.
  4. The receptionist will forward it to the appropriate department(s) as needed..
