Readiness celebrating
the Birthday
of Dr. Seuss.

On Monday, March 3, 2008, Readiness celebrated the birthday of Dr. Seuss. Class F participated in a reading lead by Speech Therapist, Christine "Chris" Stokes. The book chosen was one of the classic Dr. Seuss books, "Green Eggs and Ham." The children later received certificates for participating in the Dr. Seuss birthday reading as well as National Reading Day.
Later in the day, Class F participated in the actual making of Green Eggs and Ham. They prepared the eggs themselves and they were cooked along side ham by one of the classroom TAs. The children then feasted and enjoyed them.
