Formatting Keyboard Commands

1.Bold Face highlighted text (Ctrl-b)

2. Underline highlighted text (Ctrl-u)

3. Italicize highlighted text (Ctrl-I)

4. decrease the font size of highlighted text (Ctrl-[)

5. increase the font size of highlighted text (Ctrl-])

6. center text (Ctrl-e)

7. right justify text (Ctrl-r)

8. left justify text (Ctrl-l)

9. double space highlighted text (Ctrl-2)

10. open the spell checker though the Tools Menu or with the short cut command (f7)
