Legacy Alumni: Alumni Association

The Alumni Association was established approximately 50 years ago. Each year in June, former students are invited back to their Alma Mater.

During the weekend Alumni members can reminisce with old friends, develop new friendships and participate in many activities. The Association also distributes several monetary awards and equipment to our students. To learn more and to become a member, email Bob White.

You can also contact Bob White by mail at:

Enid Bourne
The NYISE community grieves
at the passing of one of our alumnus:

Enid Bourne
(Class of 1946)

She leaves a legacy of service to NYC as a medical transcriptionist for 41 years, an expert guide dog user for over 50 years and as a representative to the Alumni Association.

Her grace and charm
will be missed.
