Fiberglass Specialties of Henderson, TX has completed its construction and is trucking it to NYI in time for its early morning delivery to Schermerhorn Hall Tuesday. Returning with the new cupola is the cleaned and polished finial from the original cupola. <br><br>It was a cold, crisp November morning when they came and took her down. After almost 90 years of faithful service, this Bronx landmark was brought down. All those years had taken a toll on her, but on August 23, her original spire will return to us nestled in a new home. <br>Nicholson & Galloway Inc. will be in charge of the installation.
