Univision 41 (most famous Spanish channel in NYC) has been recognizing different people within the Hispanic community who make a difference. They chose to interview Angela for “completing her dreams.” They explain that Angela came from Columbia to the United States looking for a miracle, to save her eyes from cancer. Although see remained totally blind, she demonstrates that life has rewards and value. Presently she finds herself as one of the finalist in the Los Angeles Braille Challenge - representing “Nuestra Gente.”
